Job Summary
The
Bilingual English/ French Customer Service Support Representative will
support the Education Channel for all lines of business: iPad, Mac, and
iPod. This person will be responsible for sales support activities,
working in collaboration with customers, sales, and supply teams.
Key Qualifications
- • Partner with sales and supply teams, as well as customers, to support education channel and maximize sales and delivery quality customer service.
- • Execute customer PO entry, as well as order management activities, including cancellations and order changes.
- • Manage and process customer returns.
- • Investigate and resolve problem shipments.
- • Submit and manage logistical requests and inquiries for expedited shipments and special deliveries.
- • Provide communication and support to customers and sales for all types of inquiries.
Description
Order entry and management using SAP
Address and resolve any customer and order issue, using appropriate
escalations and systems
Respond to customer questions about pricing, product availability, order
status, products, promotions, policies and programs
Proactive management of customer orders through product transitions,
including communication with customers and up-selling
Liaison on behalf of customer with post-sales issues related to:
Accounts Receivable, Product Availability, Financial services and Inside
Sales and Field Sales
Education
Education and Experiences Required:
• Bachelor degree
• 3 to 5 years experience in order management and customer service
• SAP experience an asset
• Bilingual – English and French
