Job description
Are you a problem solver who loves working with people? Then you belong at IBM. As a Customer Service Representative you'll have direct contact with our global clientele as a Hardware Break Fix Technician, guiding clients on the repair and use of a broad range of products, offerings and services - and play a key role in client satisfaction overall.

Working with other talented, ambitious customer service professionals, you'll use IBM technical resources and tools, to support clients by answering questions and responding to their needs. Your product, technology, industry and/or services skills will help clients identify problems (which may be related to product installation) regarding configuration, operations or performance issues.

Representatives in this area follow standard call flow and problem handling processes to verify entitlement, perform problem determination, resolve and close the problems - or route them to the appropriate level of support.

Required
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma
  • English: Intermediate
Additional information
This role is located in downtown Toronto as part of the larger Greater Toronto Service Delivery branch. The successful candidate will be a member of the Automated Banking Machines (ABM) Team. The product set to be supported includes, but is not limited to Automated Banking Machines, Cash Recycling Units, Cash Dispensing Units and Printers. The role includes the requirement to work a rotating shift schedule that will include weekends and evenings.
