Position Description
Business Analyst for the EI COO's office will play a key role in multiple business management initiatives across Portfolio Management, Product Management, Resource Management and Capital Management. Prospective candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience driving business improvements in technology infrastructure organization in large financial services firms. Candidate should preferably have a MBA degree with excellent comprehension of corporate finance & accounting terminologies and specifically application of those in infrastructure organizations. He / she will be an excellent problem solver and will be able to see the "big-picture" while having the required attention to detail. Candidate will be expected to interact with senior management regularly and should be proficient in structuring management information as expected by senior management. He / She should be able to adapt to the dynamic environment and should quickly be able to prioritize.
Skills Required
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in driving business improvements a large financial services organization especially in technology infrastructure organization
• Excellent understanding of Business Improvement / process Management principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Mastery of PowerPoint and excel skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience working with senior management
• Ability to work on multiple projects and quickly grasp key concepts
• Ability to manage expectations and handle high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and demands
• Management Consulting and business intelligence/reporting experience
• MBA is preferred
