Manage the Collection of past due evergreen and residual payments for all GE Capital portfolios, and support the business as required.
  • Collection of past due evergreen and residual payments and ensure adherence of the terms and conditions of the contract
  • Execution of buyout and trade-up quotes from both internal and external customers
  • Assist in the issuance of end of term notification letters
  • Execution of outbound and inbound calls in both French and English
  • Other duties as required
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum 5 years experience in the equipment leasing or financial industry including five years of Collections Experience.


  • A College or University degree or equivalent
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with an ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Must be Bilingual (French)
  • Experience in a leasing or commercial lending organization
  • Proven track record with excellent negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be PC literate; advance excel skills; detail oriented and oral and written communication skills
  • Spoken and Written French and English, to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
