3M is seeking a Technical Services Advisor for the Health Care Business in the Health Care Lab located in London, Ontario. Ready to be part of what's next?
The position of Technical Services Advisor will be responsible for, but not limited to the following specific duties:
- Technical resource to Canadian medical professionals (sales reps, customers)
- Provide technical and clinical support for the development of Request for Information and Request for Proposal (RFI/RFP) bids for the 3M Health Care Business Group
- Develop clinical education material in collaboration to technical team members
- Provide assistance in 3M medical products implementation and hospital trials in collaboration with technical, marketing and sales team members
- Respond to technical inquiries from sales reps and customers
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Science (Nursing certificate or B.Sc N. preferred)
- Travel required 10% of time
- Bilingualism in French and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills
- Superior presentation skills
- Strong customer and interpersonal skills
Other Qualifications:
- Candidates must have strong self-motivation and time management ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required as there is a significant educational component to the role
- The individual requires a strong customer focus and consultative skills with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs
