Position Overview
As a member of the Intelex Sales Management Team you will be responsible for the review and enhancement of Intelex’s Sales Process (both Mid-Tier and Enterprise sales teams) to ensure that it is efficient, reinforces revenue generation and is scalable given our rapid growth.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Conduct initial and ongoing review of Intelex sales processes and identify areas of potential improvement
- Conduct initial and ongoing review of Intelex sales collateral/tools and identify areas of improvement
- Ensure that "standard packages" for all key applications (PowerPoints, demo Scripts, etc.) are prepared, available and updated so that sales personnel can easily access them.
- Make modifications to Salesforce (Intelex CRM) to improve efficiency of sales process and generate and modify key sales management reports.
- Ensure that areas of improvement identified during review of sales process/collateral/tools are acted upon either through direct action or assisting others.
- Help manage Intelex “Deal Assist” process.
- Ensure Sales personnel are properly reporting information in Salesforce (e.g. key prospect info and contacts, month and probability of opportunities, competitor intelligence, etc.)
- Ensure that Intelex process and documentation used to respond to request for proposals are used by personnel and updated on a regular basis.
- Manage the contract process – supporting Sales Management
- Help to support the Deal Review Committee providing deal review agenda and information required to assess them before every meeting
- Ensure that sales personnel are conducting reviews of new Request for Proposals and getting signoff from appropriate management representative (sales and services) for all quotations.
- Manage the overall deal transition process working closely with the Sales and Services team members
- Assist Sales personnel with the critical review of proposals ensuring all required information has been included in package.
- Manage the overall deal transition process (prospect to client) working closely with sales and services team members
- Ensure that all logistics for new sales people are set up (desk, phone, computer)
- Assist with the administration of Intelex sales demo sites (provide new users access, periodically review the quality of information on sites, etc.)
- Manage Salesforce – data, reporting, opportunities for growth, etc. – provide regular weekly and monthly sales performance reporting to Sales Management team
- Understand and abide by all security and operational policies
- Reinforce Intelex values and corporate culture at every opportunity
- This position will require minimal travel
- Prepare initial and reports on potential “areas for improvement” related to Intelex Sales process, collateral and tools.
- Prepare monthly updates on the status of improvements to sales process, sales collateral and tools.
- Reports to the EVP Sales, Marketing & Alliances
- Fosters close cooperative relationships with Account Managers and Sales Management
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in "Sales Operations" role at a software company.
- Have prior experience working with Salesforce CRM software
- Logical problem-solving approach, ability to clearly communicate business problems and proposed solutions to the customer
- Strong ability to multitask - highly organized results oriented
- Strong technical writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present in a group setting - influencer
- Self-motivated to develop and maintain skill set and product knowledge
- Professional self-starter, able to work collaboratively with others
