We are looking for a sales operations analyst out of the Toronto office.  Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for Salesforce.com management and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
 

  • Establish themselves as the subject matter expert for all Salesforce.com related work streams and processes and educate the rest of the Sales Management team

  • Be an expert with all functionalities within Salesforce.com.  Ensure data integrity and monitor data entry accuracy by the sales team through the use of SFDC reports

  • Work with Sr Management to coordinate quarterly business review meetings

  • Manage multiple, variable tasks and data review processes, as well as maintenance and reporting of advertising information

  • Analyze and provide feedback related to workflow issues and data integrity problems relating to the forecasting process - offer recommendations on resolution and best practices.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reporting accuracy and efficiency

  • Provide ad hoc reporting and business analysis for sales team

  • Must be able to clearly communicate back-end SFDC processes to front-end sales teams and help them understand the importance of up to date inputs

  • Agency upfront commitment dashboarding/analysis

  • Manage sales rep territories (agency/account alignment)

  • Assist with quarter end sales compensation process
 Qualified candidates will have:
 

  • 2-5+ years of experience, Accounting and or Corporate Finance experience a plus, Online advertising operations experience preferred

  • Salesforce.com knowledge preferred

  • Highly motivated, detail oriented ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, ability to work independently, ability to meet organizational objectives and deadlines, ability to work in a team environment

  • Very strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as experience in dealing with Senior Executives in a one on one fashion

  • Advanced skill set with Microsoft Office with a high degree of proficiency in Excel
