CUSOURCE Credit Union Knowledge Network (CUSOURCE Knowledge Network) is the national learning company for the Canadian credit union system. CUSOURCE Knowledge Network provides access to a variety of learning vehicles, both online and in the classroom.  Currently CUSOURCE seeks a versatile Product Specialist to support the project management of the development of learning products and programs and the executive of associated marketing activities. 
As Product Specialist you will support the launch of new learning products and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive the product from launch through to market.  You will execute a wide range of marketing initiatives that increase product awareness and assist in sales objectives. The successful candidate will have a record of delivering effective marketing programs, be exceptional at collaborating with cross-functional teams and thrive in a faced-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
o Under the guidance of the National Product Manager, support the product development process by working with content specialists, sales team and operations team members to get the products to market on schedule.
o Support internal product training initiatives to ensure internal staff have the product information and marketing collateral to effectively drive business.
o Support the successful launch of new products and offers utilizing various marketing channels.
o Support existing products with marketing offers and messages that ensure proper visibility and accurate information in internal and external communication.
o Create, maintain and develop product positioning offers related to new and existing products.
o Support the development of Product Roadmaps and Career Pathing Tools including but not limited to role specific competency based profiles.
o Maintain regular and open communications with internal teams to listen and identify new product or marketing opportunities.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
o Undergraduate degree
o Project management experience and/or accreditation
o 3+ years of marketing and product experience
o Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
o Excellent communications skills, written and oral
o Strong proficiency with eLearning software packages such as Articulate as well as MS Office suite of products
o Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
o Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, investigate issues, solve problems, and manage work with minimal supervision
o Credit Union System experience would be considered an asset
