We’re looking for a self-motivated, organized team player with the ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with our advertisers, sales team and other internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Brand Solutions Manager, the focus of the Project Coordinator is on the coordination, execution and tracking of custom, cross-platform marketing solutions that leverage AOL's premium content to deliver impactful solutions for our brand advertisers.

Focus of the Role:



  • Proactively partner with sales to understand ensure programs are launched on time for advertisers across all verticals.

  • Collaborate with numerous internal and external stakeholders to coordinate work-back schedules for start-to-finish executions of award-winning, highly customized solutions for our advertisers.

  • Have an understanding of all of AOL’s premium content channels, platforms and network products in order to deliver programs seamlessly and have them work together for clients

What we’re looking for:


  • 2 years+ related experience sales, marketing, promotions and media planning experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Collaborative and ability to work cross-functionally within our organization

  • Project Management experience is an asset and attention to detail is essential

  • Strong communication skills; someone with innate customer service skills

  • Creative, Strategic Thinker and Self Starter

  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

  • Computer Skills: MS office and specifically PowerPoint and Excel; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is an asset

  • Knowledge of rich media, ad serving and video/mobile advertising an asset

  • French language skills are an asset
