The Marketing Analyst/Senior Marketing Analyst role focuses on product management as well as loyalty and engagement programs to ensure a best-in-class experience for our Centurion Cardmembers. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager for Centurion, this role is responsible for actively working with both Central and local business partners to develop acquisition strategies, drive Cardmember spend and Net Promoter Score, and implement impactful capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Manage Centurion acquisition initiatives from strategy development through execution and analysis
* Collaborate with various internal and external partners to develop and implement value-added Cardmember capabilities.
* Support manager in developing new best in class products and benefits with a strong focus on delivering incremental Shareholder value
* Collaborate with World Services and Membership Travel Services International to deliver a best in class customer experience in Card, Concierge and Travel, including facilitating timely resolution of Cardmember escalations
* Analyze business results to recommend and implement actions/solutions
* Compilation of regular key indicator reports and commentary
* Contribute to annual business review and marketing plan
Qualifications
* University Degree in Marketing / Business / Commerce, or equivalent combination of education and business experience
* Minimum 1 year experience in:
* Selecting, reviewing, analyzing drivers and data sets related to financial performance of products/services
* Progressive development in analyzing business opportunities, recommending and implementing actions
* Development of business reviews and marketing/communication plans
* Proven ability to effectively manage relationships
* Proven ability to take initiative, champion a project from conception through implementation to evaluation
* Strong driver of results and speed to market focus
* Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, with emphasis on proposal development and presentation to internal and external contacts, up to senior management levels
* Demonstrated multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail and prioritization skills in a demanding environment; Proven ability to lead change and set priorities;
* Strong competitive/external focus
* Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint
