Enterprise Solution Analyst

Position Overview
The Enterprise Solution Analyst serves as a technical expert and participates in a variety of analytical andtechnical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis, solution documentation, implementation,administration, support and maintenance of the Intelex system.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Maintain, support and install Intelex's software solutions
  • Working with various Intelex departments, clients and prospects to provide technical expertise andsoftware solutions
  • Pre-sales support to assist in explaining and clarifying overall system architecture and technicalintegrations of Intelex's software solutions
  • Responding to RFP's and questionnaires about the technical capabilities and details of the Intelexsystem
  • Serve as a liaison between other technical employees, management, users and vendors regardingservice requests, usage, standard, security and other technical inquiries
  • Software deployment and install/update automation
  • Interface/integration design and support
  • Train clients on technical aspects of the software solution and associated environment
  • Monitor and create reports on system up time and software availability
  • All other duties as assigned by the Department Manager
Organizational Alignment
  • Reports to the Manager of Technical Services.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with cross functional teams within the organization.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, InformationTechnology or equivalent technical related program.
  • Experience and strong knowledge of Windows Server software
  • Experience and strong knowledge of High Availability Web Systems
  • Experience and strong knowledge of web-based systems built on Microsoft Technologies
  • Experience with Automation, interfaces and Web Service API's
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server (both Administration and T-SQL)
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Internet Information Services 6/7/7.5
  • Experience with common Network topologies and protocols
  • Knowledge of Enterprise technical environments
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent research skills
  • Excellent time-management and project management skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
