Position Overview
As part of the Account Services Division, the Project Consultant is responsible for assisting enterpriseclients with their Intelex software implementation. Project Consultants will work as part of a project team for larger client implementations.
Maintain a baseline utilization rate of 80% and project budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
Analysis and Solution Definition- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with clients to identify business objectives.
- Develops detailed requirements specifications and prototypes for client review and approval.
- Conducts specifications and prototype review meetings to validate requirements.
- Conducts design review meetings to ensure developed system meets all requirements.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert with respect to best practice implementation strategies.
- Ensure optimal system functionality through design of reports, dashboards and homepages.
- Assist in Integration and Acceptance Testing.
- Understands Intelex's product release and patch process, proactively planning potential client impact accordingly.
- Works with Application Support to facilitate the resolution of client technical problems.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to Intelex clients.
- Conducts post implementation review for IP capture of best practices.
- Identifies success story candidates for announcement to client community.
- Travel to client locations within Canada, the U.S and occasional international travel required. Expected travel – 40%.
- Provide direction and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
- Timely submission of time and expense reports, ensuring the project team does the same.
- Determine and deliver customized training during the project implementation.
- Assist in the development of customer specific training and implementation material.

Organizational Alignment
- Reports to the Consulting Resource Manager.
- Fosters close cooperative relationships with peers within their team, branch, division, and department.
- Builds and maintains relationships with cross functional teams within the organization.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years consulting experience in a professional services environment.
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide, multi-site software solutions.
- Familiar with software development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
- Strong technical skills including SQL, Salesforce, JavaScript, MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, Notepad, Balsamiq, and SnagIt.
- Strong interpersonal skills are instrumental to this role.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety and/or Quality Management Systems considered an asset.
