Looking for a challenge? Are you a confident, self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow, desire career advancement and to be part of a dynamic team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity as an Assistant Branch Manager 2 for our Sardis Branch.
In this role, you will co-manage the operation of a branch while providing direct and indirect supervision, leadership, coaching and mentoring to Personal Account Representatives and/or Personal Account Managers and administrative staff. You will participate in the recruitment of staff by conducting interviews and consulting on candidate suitability. Furthermore, you will participate in the setting and achievement of branch financial, quality and sales/service delivery targets. You may also service a small member portfolio.
Your qualifications include extensive retail lending experience, a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or supervisory capacity, sales management coaching experience, a license to sell mutual funds and a Branch Compliance Manager designation. In addition, you have completed leadership and management programs such as Financial Management, Marketing Management and Human Resources.
Complimentary skills and experience include small business exposure, completion of a business related degree and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
