Lead Voice of the Customer (VoC) activities and drive innovative
thinking to commercialize marketable solutions for our customers and
clients.
• Serve as the key technical advisor for the Team, and act as the primary engineering contact to interface between the customer/market needs and the organization • Lead problem solving sessions with multiple stakeholders through use of engineering design documents (P&ID, Single Line diagrams, PFD, plot plans, General arrangement diagrams) to facilitate collaborative dialogue. | |
| • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Successful candidate will be a Canadian Registered Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) • Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering degree preferred • Minimum 5 + years Well Pads (SAGD & CSS) with a producer in the Alberta Oil Sands. | |
| • Has worked on well pad standardization, modularization and optimization projects using available well pad data
• Can speak credibly to the operational improvements needed at producer well pad operations center • Experience leading pad design, including well head modules and test and group separators for multi pad SAGD locations in the Alberta Oil Sands. • In depth knowledge and experience coordinating project work with drilling and completions, production engineers and CPF engineers.
