Our client is seeking a Global Head of Application Services to be responsible for service support and delivery for all services IT Applications provide globally to the operations, risk, finance and compliance functions.
The incumbent is responsible for all operational activities including service support, service definition, liaison with application teams, vendors and infrastructure. The role also encompasses responsibility for all ensuring all operational audit; compliance and security processes operate effectively.

* Deep knowledge of developing and operating ITIL based processes
* Experience with running global run time organizations
* Experience of operating in a Capital Markets environment (Optional)
