GENERAL SUMMARY
Duties may include developing and documenting best practices, generating product documentation, installing and administering multiple systems/environments and debugging and documenting issues found in product documentation
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute an existing test plan
Develop/document best practices on EMC and other product solutions
Write white papers or solutions guides. Install and administer multiple systems/environments
Configure several of the EMC or 3rd party vendor products deployed in the test configuration (i.e. switches, arrays)
Debug as well as document issues found in product documentation
Responds to customer escalations and drives resolution to complex customer issues
Debug as well as document issues found in product documentation. Mentor junior engineers. Performs other duties as required
