Description


We are currently seeking candidates for a temporary position of 6 months as an Order Management Analyst (OMA) to join our Customer Supply Operations team, at our Montreal office location.
This person will be accountable for delivering successful Order Management results and best in class customer service to internal and external customers. This person is responsible for providing knowledge and expertise to internal and external customers to deliver business objectives. The OMA is involved with Logistics initiatives for assigned account (s) and is the key linkage with external customers and Customer Business Development (CBD). Key interactions are with customers, CBD, ship sites and carriers.

Order Management Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the replenishment cycle (order acquisition through delivery) for your customers.
  • Work closely with your CBD counterpart shipping sites and carriers to ensure smooth cycle. 
  • Processing customer orders, identifying and resolving ordering issues.
  • Process improvements with customers to improve their ability to build efficient loads and streamline the order management process.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: 
               
·         Detail-oriented and precise in work processes
·         Knowledge of Excel
·         Strong customer service skills
·         Ability to communicate effectively in a team
·         Strong problem solving skills – demonstrated ability to close gaps and drive to root cause analysis
·         Organizational skills

Bilingual skills (English/French) are required.
