We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join both our leasing divisions, WS Leasing and Mercado Capital Corporation. WS Leasing has been providing quality auto lease financing for over 15 years. Our commitment is to consistently deliver cost-effective, efficient and flexible leases for both dealers and brokers. Your Opportunity – Regional Sales Manager, BC & Alberta Region
As the Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for providing leadership and management to a team of auto and equipment leasing sales professionals in our BC and Alberta regions. Reporting to the VP, Sales and Business Development, this person will be responsible for the following:
- Managing staffing requirements for sales area – hiring, training, coaching, setting targets, and measuring performance
- Managing the sales and service operations for the assigned region
- Analyzing monthly sales reports, determining retention rates, and establishing goals and sales strategies
- Handling escalations or problem situations within region
- Developing and facilitating product presentations to develop new business
- Building relationships with stakeholders and sourcing new business
- Developing in-house strategies, systems and processes to ensure maximum retention
- Working with marketing department to develop marketing strategies
- Coordinating industry shows on behalf of Leasing, as exhibitor or attendee
- Other duties as assigned
You bring to the Leasing team:
You bring to the Leasing Division a minimum of 5 years in a sales management role, with a 2-year post-secondary Diploma in a related discipline. Or you possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. Industry experience is an asset. You have exceptional leadership skills and proven business development/sales skills with the ability to negotiate terms and conditions. In addition you offer the ability to communicate with others, and lead and effectively resolve conflicts. You demonstrate confidence in analyzing results and situations to develop and implement action plans. You have excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Working knowledge of MS Office is required.
