We are looking for Member Contact Centre Representatives Level I and II. 2 temporary Full Time positions are available.
Starting wage is $19.51 / hour (level I), or $21.56 / hour (Level II)
Lloydminster, SK
In this position, you love to work with people and help them with their day to day financial needs. You provide fast and friendly service, which comes in handy when problem solving, taking loan payments and processing investment transactions, all of which are done over the phone, by email or fax. Your exceptionally strong listening and communication skills showcase your commitment to going the extra mile and recognizing our members' additional needs. You provide clear and concise service when handling deposit inquiries, loan applications and booking appointments.
Preferably, you have 1-5 years of job-related experience, and a minimum of Grade 12 education. Experience in the credit union system and sales training would also score you bonus points! Most shifts for this position are Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., but you will also be scheduled in our evening and Saturday rotation schedule. This means about 1 in every 6 Saturdays you would be scheduled to work, or 1 in every 6 weeks you would be scheduled to work the late shift, 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
