Leading a team responsible for the LEAN Transformation within a global investment bank
Responsibilities:
  • Lean Navigator & Stream Lead across multiple departments/projects
  • McKinsey methodology and experience strongly desired
  • Structured analysis of the current structure, organization and processes of the department
  • Design of the desired future state of the department
  • Implementation of changes to structure and processes to move the group towards the envisioned Target Operating Model
  • Analyze and review current performance and organization
  • Work with multiple cross functional teams
  • Track and report status of project activities to senior management
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of  IT, Operations and/or Project/Program Management within financial services
  • In depth knowledge LEAN / Six Sigma concepts and methodologies
  • McKinsey Lean Transformation approach preferred
  • IT development methodologies a plus (extreme, Agile, Scrum)
  • Familiarity with financial applications and process flow
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Masters/Bachelors Accounting/Finance/Business. PMP Certification preferred.
