You have a solid business background in your field, hands-on experience in consulting, and SAP ECC implementation experience in the area of SAP Payroll and Time. Working in this core area of our business you will be instrumental in helping us to continue to be recognized as the premiere SAP implementer in Canada. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation and support of application packaged solutions. Candidates will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environments in order to achieve client expected business results. Candidates may serve as team members or team leads and be able to work independently on client sites. We are looking for consultants that can build credibility and trust.


Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting Fit/Gap analysis and business /process modeling
• Gathering requirements from functional business owners
• Assessing the business and application requirements
• Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry best practices
• Configuring and testing the software
• Driving the development of functional and systems specifications
• Writing and maintaining necessary documentation
• Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members
• Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment
• Provide support to deployment as necessary
General Skills & Experience
• SAP Certified with a Minimum 2-4 years of SAP Time and Payroll configuration in full project life cycle implementations
• Experience with the integration of SAP HCM and other modules; for example Organizational Management, Finance and Controlling.
• Experience with master data conversion and standard SAP tools to support payroll and time
• Strong Payroll and Time experience from Business Perspective.
• Must have strong business process and analytical background skills.
• Strong Consulting background
• Solid experience in successfully working with medium to large teams.
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Strong relationship management and Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication (oral/written) skills.
• Superior analytical, problem solving, and decision making ability
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident and credible.
• University Degree.
Business Skills:
• Ability to multi-task within a dynamic workplace
• Thorough experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques
• The ability to develop strong relationships with clients, including building rapports and scope-management
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to deliver quality results with an aggressive timeline
• Effective coaching and knowledge transfer skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• The ability to thrive in a team environment
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in SAP implementation experience with Time and Payroll
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • At least 4 years experience in SAP implementation experience with Time and Payroll
