Role Summary/Purpose	The Field Support Spooler is responsible for pulling, installing and transporting electrical submersible pump (ESP) power cable within Department Of Transportation (DOT) regulations and troubleshooting ESP power cable.
Essential Responsibilities	• Gather tools and supplies to be used at worksite appropriate for job to be performed. • Load and transport spooling cable to and from job sites; unload and position appropriately; install bands upon installation. • Assist Field Service Technician and Rig Hands in the retrieval and installation of submersible equipment. • May assist within the shop to prepare cable by searching and accurately marking breaks in cable. • Perform routine preventive maintenance on Company vehicle and spooling trailer and maintain required logs completely and accurately to comply with DOT regulatory requirements. • Ensure periodic maintenance and repairs are made to Company vehicle. • Maintain Company vehicle with necessary tools and equipment to perform service jobs. • Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment. • Maintain cable inventory and splice material inventory. • Provide customer with written reports, complete necessary paperwork for invoicing, equipment identification and tracking, inventory control, payroll and expense monitoring. • Maintain all required safety and professional certifications. • Comply with all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements. • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the country in which the position is located. • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including Driver's Abstract, as part of the selection process.
Qualifications/Requirements	• 1 year of relevant experience • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) • Ability and willingness to work overtime • Basic computer skills • Good driving record with a valid driver’s license
