Reporting to the Manager Retail Lending, the Business Development Manager will:
· Manage and grow a loan portfolio comprised of agricultural, commercial and consumer loans
· Actively demonstrate a leadership role through business development initiatives and loan growth
· Develop and maintain financial partnerships with existing and new members
· Identify and evaluate member’s financial needs
· Promote and deliver lending products and services to meet identified needs
· Build solid relationships by providing exceptional service and advice to our members to help them improve their financial health
The successful candidate will have:
§ Proven agricultural, commercial and consumer lending experience
§ Proven leadership and management skills
§ Excellent problem-solving, decision making, and  analytical skills with attention to detail
§ Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with an aptitude for relationship and team building
§ Ability to prioritize work requirements to meet deadlines and time constraints
§ Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning
§ Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and initiative
