Narrative Description
Hierarchically reporting line to the Director, IATA Consulting and functionally to the Assistant Manager, IATA Consulting, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the Department's activities in the areas of commercial consultancy services.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to all department staff; screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, draft routine correspondence; Format commercial consultancy proposals, expressions of interest; and reports including PowerPoint presentations; Prepare travel requests for consultants and IATA staff; maintain Department travel and financial records, as well as department mailing lists, databases and files; Maintain records of expenses and revenues on consultancy projects using an established database; Prepare/co-ordinate meeting documentation and reports; co-ordinate all meeting arrangements.Prepare and coordinate the process of all of Consulting contracts to ensure that they are done in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
Undergraduate student in business administration, accounting, economics, human resources, clerical duties or any similar discipline; Excellent organizational ability and ability to prioritize tasks; Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment; Accurate and detail-oriented; Excellent PC skills using Microsoft Office software, particularly, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Knowledge of the SAP System and/or an additional language would be an asset (French & Spanish).Information regarding internship programs : http://www.iata.org/hc/Pages/iip.aspx
