Skills and Experience Required: WPG - WAS: • Daily Health Checks/Monitoring • Support SLA attainment • System Health • File/DB Operations • LDC Connectivity Testing • Webservices testing • Intra-Team Hand-offs • Timely Ticket Management – SLO’S • Incident/Problem/Change • Service Now, Impact, Jira • WPG System Management • File/DB system management • Business controls • WPG Operational Documentation • WPG Processes, Checklists • Operate Calendar • Runbooks • Readiness checklist for incoming projects • Change Window Coverage • Shift/Pager Coverage • Resource Management • KT activities follow-through and support • New employee on-boarding • Accurate Claim Reporting

Required Technical Diploma At least 2 years experience in WPG System Management English: Fluent

Preferred Bachelor's Degree
