Job Summary

The Associate ASC is a part-time Apple employee who oversees the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop-in-Shop during weekends and peak hours for an assigned single unit retail reseller. The Associate ASC is scheduled to work approximately 25 hours per week during such peak hours.

Description

The Associate ASC will be responsible for demonstrating Apple products and solutions to the reseller’s customers. The Associate ASC will execute the following responsibilities to achieve objectives: - Deliver optimal customer service through professionalism and product knowledge - Design and deliver solutions-based sales demos and presentations - Provide effective demos and presentations in a variety of environments: one-on-one, small and large group. - Train the reseller’s store team members on selling Apple hardware, software, and accessories - Maintain a strong working knowledge of the latest products, promotions and solutions from Apple - Grow sales of Apple-based solutions to consumer and professional customers - Build a community of loyal Apple customers who return to the store for service, support, and future purchases of Apple and related 3rd party products - Maintain the Apple Shop in Shop in accordance with Apple standards - Other duties, as assigned

Additional Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a sales background within the retail electronics industry for a minimum of two years, have a proven sales track record, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Apple Canada Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
