Systems Support Analyst

Habanero Consulting Group has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Support Analyst who will be an integral part of our growing sustainment practice.

As a systems support analyst, you are passionate about building meaningful client relationships and are able to deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll be actively involved in helping clients get the most out of their technology investment. You should be able to work comfortably under pressure, multi-task and prioritize your workload, and work with teams of employees and client stakeholders. We hope you will grow our vision for this role and help develop processes, tools, and standards for current and future team members.

We see systems support analysts as vital to deepening our client engagements and growing our reputation for brilliant, timely service. You’ll work to complete routine tasks detailed in support agreements, but are encouraged to actively seek out issues and be responsive to client needs. 

You have a strong technical background in networking and Windows server infrastructure support. You’re not intimidated by terms like RDP, VM, SSL, IIS, CMD, and Active Directory. You have a deep knowledge of how the Internet works and are someone people can come to with a variety of technical problems. In times of need, you’re a friendly face and always an integral part of the team.

You will be supporting a large number of SharePoint systems so you should be eager to learn all you can about SharePoint. We will provide you with additional SharePoint training, if necessary.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows servers, SQL Server, and web applications
• Awesome customer service abilities
• Degree or diploma in computer science or related field of study
• Very strong English language skills (oral and written)
